How do I place an order online?
You can find the item you're looking for using the search bar or the categories.
Click the “Add to Cart” button to add the desired product to your shopping list. To complete your purchase, go to your cart (in the top right corner) and review your order details. Then click the “Checkout” button to continue the ordering process. Follow the instructions to log in to our store and complete your order. You can create a customer account to get a clear overview of your information, or place an order as a guest (please note that if you place an order as a guest, you will need to re-enter your information if you place another order).
Select the desired billing address and shipping address. Choose your preferred payment method. Complete your order by accepting our Terms and Conditions and confirming your order by clicking the “Order with Obligation to Pay” button.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and will be automatically notified of your order status. Using the tracking number link provided by our shipping partner, you can easily track your shipment at any time. For shipments of goods, please contact our customer service department to track your shipment.

Do you have a business / need a VAT invoice (not Klarna)?
As a commercial customer (with a business license), you can use our B2B store.
Register at the following link https://b2b-drogowka.horizont.com.pl or use the “Go to B2B Store” button in the top right corner of the current view. Our sales team will review your registration. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then log in to the store at any time using your chosen login credentials. Verification is done manually and takes some time, so please be patient.
Please wait during this time and do not place orders in the B2C area.
How can I change my customer information?
To change your customer information, log in using your credentials and select the “Personal Information” section. You can also change your password in this section.
Please note that this option is only available if you have created a customer account and have not placed an order as a guest.
I forgot my password; what should I do?
You can create a new password using the “Reset Password” button. To do this, enter the email address you used to register in our store. Use the link you will automatically receive from us via email to set a new password.

How long does shipping take, and are the products in stock?
Shipping times vary depending on the warehouse, product, and destination country. Availability is displayed on the product page.
When will my order be delivered?
Once the items have been shipped, you will receive an email with a personal tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment and track it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact our sales department as soon as possible (tel.: +29 741 00 50 to 52; email: sklep@rolos.com.pl)—we’ll be happy to assist you.
If canceling the order is no longer possible, please refuse the delivery and notify our sales department—the package will be automatically returned to us.
Which carrier will ship my items?
We ship orders in cooperation with DPD and selected carriers.
Is shipping to a Paczkomat available?
Yes. We ship our packages via DPD and offer shipping to a Paczkomat.
Is express delivery available?
No. We do not offer express delivery for our products.

Discount codes
If you want to redeem a coupon code from one of our promotions, you can do so directly in your shopping cart. Fill in the “Discount Code” field and click the “Redeem” button. The invoice total will be updated automatically.
My order is incomplete / defective—what should I do?
